Group Training

The Training Grounds group training programs are not volume driven. Our Group Training workouts are designed to have between 4 and 8 participants per session. Working with smaller group allows us to give each participant the appropriate attention and instruction to get through their workout.

Group Training sessions will be conducted in the URBN Training Grounds space within the studio.
